RETURNS POLICY

If you notice a problem with the quality of the flowers, we request that you contact us for review within 24 hours from purchase. A photograph of the flowers is required in order for us to review the quality issue. A response to quality issues is usually given within one business day of receiving the photo.
 

Due to the nature of our products we're unable to offer refunds if you change your mind after at this time.

We also cannot offer a refund of incorrect delivery information is given to us.

​Refunds are processed within 2 – 5 business days of the customer being notified that their request for a full or partial refund has been granted. Funds are returned to the credit card/PayPal account that the purchase was made with.
